I agree that the line is rather **bleep**, but I believe it's an official marketing tagline for the phone. I've seen it posted elsewhere.
funny or coincidence how no VZW rep has posted in any forum talking about the ally release?
I think it's probably not a coincedence that this post, as well as ALL other official information from Verizon is distinctly lacking in an official release date, probably to give them flexibility in a situation like this...
I want the phone to come out soon as well, but I'd rather they release it when any potential issues have been dealt with, and when supply is adequate to ensure that everyone who wants one gets a working device.
I was browsing some android sites today and saw a post that the reason for the delay was hardware related, they recalled all the units because of something about the original touchscreens not being responsive enough. Apparently the problem has been fixed and the newer screens are more responsive and over all the phone is more too because of it , so im crossing my fingers for a fedex guy to be at my house on the 27th.
