Question about Verizon's replacement wall charger for Droid

I went by Verizon to purchase a 2nd wall charger for my Droid (to use at the office).  Is this one of the smart chargers with IC that will stop charging after the battery is charged?  

There's no documentation and I can't find info on the net.  It's made by Offwire and the UPC says:

MA03 - 0469  $39.95

MRAZ2/Z6C A/C CHGR OEM

There's a sticker on the front that says "Original Accessory from Motorola".

if you download "barcode scanner" you can scan the barcode of the device and your droid will give you information on it.

Unfortunately it only does a google search on the same code I've already searched:

and as mentioned... there's no info on the net for it.
