It kind of depends what you mean by "bugs"... Flash has a lot of different capabilities that a web site can utilize, such as "Mouse Over" where it performs an action when you put your mouse over the top of something (like change the cursor, make something move, drop down a menu etc.) Since a touch screen is either "click" or nothing, there will not be any "Mouse Over" triggers for web sites that utilize these API's... Some web sites that utilize flash and all it's capabilities might be a somewhat dissapointing experience from a touch screen unless someone comes up with a unique and easy method to give some of these kinds of functions to a touch-screen device...
Another thing to think about before wishing so heavily for flash is all of those annoying flash ads on web sites on your PC... If the site doesn't have a specific mobile web site, you are going to have to wait for these flash animations to download and run on your device
