Backup Assistant

New Verizon customer. 

Would like to use Backup Assistant with my Eris.  However I cant figure out where to download it from.  Any help would be appreciated.

ahh yes same prob myself you ahve to go to your media retriaval/ contact list, then in left top corner and dowload to CVS save top document. then log into mail.google.com and hit contacts and browse for your list in your document on the documents page and it should load right to your phone. the driod series is not compatible with our backup assistants and media retreival

it isnt gmail contacts

rather we are trying to figure a way to easily enter all our contacts from our old non-Verizon WM phones

All you should need to do is sync all your contacts with outlook on your WM phone. At that point you can do a file > export to a .csv file. From there, you can import this file into your Google contacts when you login to your gmail site.
