Verizon Jetpack cannot not connect. Tried chat and because I was to long in questions or responding they just dis connected me. Everyone tells me it's connected. could not use it in training today. HELP!!!!
KENNEDY51, I know that being connected for training has to be very important for you. Lets get that Jetpack connected for you. Does the Jetpack show up on the device you are connecting it to? Has you tried connecting it to more than one device?
