I suspect something could be wrong with the cantenna itself.
Try contacting whoever installed the device for you and see if they can swing by to take a look under their service contract. Maybe something needs to be readjusted to get a better signal or remain connected. If a repair is needed they may already have what they need with them.
Being able to stay connected with your Cantenna is important. How long have you been having this issue for? What is your zip code? What color are all your LED lights?
