I had a 4G indication for a few seconds then nothing again.  Tried to load a webpage but no data

No data in Cincinnati since last night.  I see a class action lawsuit in Verizon's future.  Unfortunately only the lawyers will get real financial relief.

I live in Atlanta GA area. Haven't been able to access mobile data  4GLTE or 3G in a couple of weeks at least, regardless of locations I've been to around town. No mobile internet connection whatsoever. Have tried toggling Airplane mode, battery / SIM pull, change of eHRPD setting, everything short of factory reset. Wireless connection works fine when in range. Strange thing is, I can go to Settings / Software Update / Check New, then "OTA Device Management" comes up, 4G LTE icon comes on (or 3G if not in a 4G area) long enough to check for an update, then after several seconds turns back off.

Never lost Data connection anywhere in the Triangle..in the past few days...
