Our company has decided to hold off on acquiring new smart phones and modem accounts until after the Jan 6th CES announcements. Benefits of the new 4G LTE network appear to be too great not to wait 3 weeks to get more information before moving forward. What are your company plans?
I don't believe that 4G phones are scheduled to be released until end of Q2 or beginning of Q3 in 2011.
I remember something about Feb/Mar of 2011 for the first LTE 4G phone releases but I guess sometimes the first release dates are overly optimistic so it's very possible that 2nd or 3rd qtr of 2011 is very likely.
It's anybodies guess until you see them for sale in the stores or on the website.
I'm patiently waiting for the first LTE phones. But my Droid X is a very capable phone to have while waiting.
Good luck to everyone,
At this time we don't have any information on if we will launch 4G phones. Here is a link to sign up for new updates & information as it is release.
