Verizon Signal Declined in Eva, AL and Danville, AL

I've been with Verizon for 3-4 years now, and been very pleased with the service at my home in Eva, AL and in Danville, AL where my parents live.  Recently, both locations service has GREATLY declined!!!  I could not even complete a phone call this afternoon driving between the two locations!!  What has happened to our 4G LTE service we had previously?!?

I'm terribly sorry to hear that you're experiencing a decline in service, vbburrow! I know how important it is to be able to use your device. Do you know other Verizon customers who are experiencing issues as well, or is it just your device? Does your service work well in other locations?
