Upload speed 10 times faster then download?!? CS suggests a Network Extender?!?

Yes, that is correct. I spent two hours with Verison customer service chat trying to figure out why my download speeds where 1 to 2 mbps and my upload is close to 10.  Their solution was that I would benifit from a network extender. Yes, a network extender for the router literally sitting in the room next to me 18ft away. ....  :smh:

Verizon HomeFusion setup (I guess they call it just LTE now). Paying $120 a month for what was suppose to be 14-16mbps. Instead we see 1 to 3mbps. I do get excited when it hits almost 5 which happens sometimes in Janurary.

Oh, and yes, I have turned it off and back on again. And reset everything to default. (This took a half hour to explain to CS) By the time I got transfered to "Teir 3 Tech Support", the tech said he re-synched my router with the tower, but would take a few hours to process. Next day, magic! I was up to 10mbps download. It was awesome, till the day after that and it dropped back down to 2.5.  I guess I lost my synch?(Surely I wasn't deprioritized that quickly, right....)

So what do I do when my hardware is failing me and Verizon Customer Support is not customer supporting?

You do realize you have a niche product and CS is mainly billing, right?
