TheWick in reviewing the ticket you provided, I do see our coverage is not optimal at that location. If you have home Internet, Wi-Fi Calling would help indoors at home.
Aka pay for your own internet and use wifi calling if you want to use your phone through a service that you already pay for. Thanks Verizon for the not so stellar customer service.
