While in the largest major city I noticed our phones still have full bars, however in two of our local towns signal has dropped to 0-1 bar.
We used to have 4+ bars in these same downtown areas.
Is there anything, besides leaving Verizon for another company, that can be done?
LittleCole, losing you as a customer is the last thing we would want to have happen. We know that many look at the signal indicators and fear that low bars are a bad thing but this is not always the case. Beyond the bars being down are you experiencing an issue with the service? If so, is this specific to calls, text messages or data? What is the zip code where you experience this? Have you noticed if this is happening indoors or out? Are you aware of others that are experiencing this in the same area? -Loren_VZW If my response answered your question please click the _Correct Answer_ button under my response.
