Service as of late is terrible. I have never had this bad of service ever at my home. -118 or worse, is there anything that can be checked on Verizon's end . There has recently been constructed a new tower...within 3/4 of a mile of the existing tower. I'm not sure who the towers belong to but... could this be the recent horrible signal strength? Any help from Verizon technical support would be grand.
