Just recently my phone service went out. Data and all! I can’t even make a call or text. Can someone tell me why this is happening?

Making sure that your service is working right is a must. When did this problem start for you? What are the cross streets and city of where this is happening? Anyone else in your area having this issue or only your device? - AlbertoR_VZW
