Phantom Coverage

Over the last 6-8 months I’ve noticed having  2-3 bars of LTE on my iPhone 11 but when I try to do anything data related it always times out. Try to do a speed test and it says I have no coverage. This happens especially in buildings. I switched from TMO to get better coverage but feel like I actually downgraded to worse service. Anyone else?

vahle48, we value your loyalty and we understand the importance of making sure you have consistent coverage. Let's review. How far do you have to travel to receiev a consistent connection?
