Just purchased a new home and when we moved in we had touch and go cell phone service. Sometimes it would work, other times it wouldn't. We have been here 3 weeks and now we are down to 1 bar and we can't receive calls or call out. People hear every other word that I say. It is super frustrating. What is even more frustrating is I chatted with a representative online and she explained that we can purchase a cell phone extender for $250. So basically, we pay $222 a month for unlimited on 3 lines that I cant use bc of the cruddy service, but I can pay an additional $250 to get a system that will allow me to receive the service that I am supposed to be getting for $222 a month! Years ago, we had T-mobile and the service was awful and we have been with Verizon for approx. 7 or 8 years now and have always been satisfied with their service. I know its only been 3 weeks, but Im already tired of paying way too much and getting nothing at all in return.
