My degradation in signal quality on multiple phones coincides with availability of 5G. It’s most likely due to Verizon splitting the bandwidth on the same channel so they can market 5G but now the signal is garbage on both 4G and 5G. Some carriers are are introducing 5G on a separate network without splitting off 4G bandwidth. Time to switch carriers since Verizon is making poor customer service trade offs.
