LG VL600 - At Cause network drops in Northern Virginia?

Just wondering if anyone is having any issues with the LG VL600 with At Cause network drops in the Northern Virginia area.  The UML290 seems to be having them frequently throughout the area and starting to get frustrated to the point of asking for a device exchange.

 

Is it the device or is it the network? 😕

 

Or both?
