Is there a problem with cell service in the south Charlott, NC area (zip code 28277)?  We have been unable to get a signal strong enough to hold a phone call for a few days now.  This is happening with several Verizon service iphones we have.  Please advise.

You're the first person to come on here in awhile and mention service troubles in the area, usually the forum will be flooded if it's a tower issue.

I suggest you contact Verizon via the chat feature: scroll toward the bottom for chat
