We always help our valued customers Sorrycompany! Our last option is to lose your business. What plans do you have currently? Something doesn't sound right with the monthly access fee. If you removed a share line on a previous plan, it would likely deduct only $9.99. If you still have two or more lines, you would still need to keep a primary line active, which will have the highest monthly access fee. You shouldn't have roaming charges on most of our plans, unless you are going outside the U.S. What specific service difficulties are you having? Where are you located? We will make sure we have the best options to meet your needs!

Your chat line doesn't work for me at all the last three times I went on and even though the other phone had separate charges listed for more than the other two lines, even though it has been deactivated for a year, maybe someone who does math in your company can figure out how this happens.  We are sick of being screwed by your company.

I agree. I paid $185 for my phone & jetpack for 1 line a few months ago.

Now I use my phone like a regular cell phone with everything turned off all

the time to keep my data usage down. Since I have another 1 1/2 years to

go on my contract, I am really stuck & unhappy with Verizon & will change

to an unlimited data plan with another carrier as soon as I'm able. Verizon

will be losing many customers because of this issue, I'm sure.

I have been [removal required by the Verizon Wireless Terms of Service] over by verizon. I was late one payment in september and paid twice in october. one payment was to cover the last months late  payment.  they are saying i owe over $500 it is [removed] and they will never see that money collection agency or not
