Why do I lumia928 to China will not be able to use the 4G network it? In the United States everything is normal.

I'm sorry your having trouble in China. Are you using a different Sim card? They do use a different network than ours. Is the device working for calls and texts? Are you able to use the local network?

Yes it is. I use the sim card in China. But you can only use the 3G network. You can not use the 4G network. The forum said that the band is you lock the phone?
