How do i report no service

the only options given by all the other many conversations on this topic say call their 1800 number. I do not have service to call that is the entire issue. give me another means to report your horrible service. Ive tried tweeting at you i have tried emailing you, the virtual chat is 100% useless. you are just trying to plug your ears and go blah blah blah blah to not hear people screaming about your awful service while claiming you have the best which is an obvious lie. Give us other means. Just logging in took many tries because it asks to verify via text, again, I do not have service, how do you expect me to receive your test through your terrible service.
