Got the Thunderbolt yesterday. When I get calls it does not display the caller name of anyone in my contacts. Any ideas???
I am sure you did but I will ask, were the area codes of your contacts get transferred to the new phone?
Thank you for your inquiry. Adding to the good question Budone asked, the area codes would need to be on your contacts in order for the caller's name to be listed. Perhaps you can check your contacts to make sure the area codes are listed and edit those contacts without the area code.
