Hello!  My aunt is using a Kyocera Dura XV LTE and is trying to turn on HD voice / HD calling.  We cannot find in the settings where to do that, and when she is on the phone, she appears to be on the legacy network.  HD calling is added on her account, but how do you turn it on on the phone itself?  Is HD voice available for this phone over LTE?

When you all discontinue your 3G network, will this device need to be replaced?  This device was purchased as it was thought the HDvoice / 4G LTE calling would work.

No, it will not need to be replaced. HD Voice requires the 4G LTE network to function. BrittanyC_VZW

Wi-Fi is disabled on my phone, but every time I answer the phone the HD is shown as enabled.

How do I make sure both HD and Wi-Fi are disabled?

I started to enable Wi-Fi and cancelled, but that hasn't fixed the problem.
