I just swiched over from AT&T thinking Verizon would have better coverage and hopefully better speed. On the contrary, my brand new iPhone 11 Max Pro is showing speeds less than 1 mbps on average. Current location is 77032 in Houston, TX. Any idea why this is happening? I am on the Do More Unlimited plan so there shouldn't be any deprioritization within the first 2 days with minimal usage. This is absolutely ridiculous and disappointing.
I'm very sorry you were having issues with your service. I'm not showing any known issues in the Houston area. Was this indoors only? When did you start service with us? Any other Verizon devices having similar issues? JoeL_VZW
