Can anyone tell me why I cannot get data usage at this time? I have removed sim card and put it back but to no avail. Where can I fine data usage online?
That is definitely strange, twitterbird. Are you referring to data usage through your My Verizon App? Does it just not update, or does it state that the info is not available? Have you tried accessing this information directly through the website?
