Hi Gwoody, I apologize for the delayed response. I can certainly understand the frustration this has caused over the last month! You stated that you have used 3rd party email apps to no avail. Have you tried using the Xfinity Connect app to sync your email? If so, did you have any success?

As of this morning, the 4G network is letting me sync incoming mail but won't let you send mail on a pop 3 account. Yes I know how to use the Comcast app. And yes Verizon support has been very delayed and frustrating. Do you all have any idea as how to fix this problem for good? Now I have to switch to wifi so I can send this to you, not the way ots supposed to be.

I cannot send email via my pop account when I am on 4G. It does work on
WiFi. My email provider is Time Warner RoadRunner

Same issue. 2-3 days now on my 4G Thunderbolt. Been working fine for a year.
Not happy - I missed a ton of important work emails and had no clue until I signed on from my PC!!!!!!
What's wrong Verizon?
PS: How about the darn Android update for Thunderbolt already too?
Did this get solved for you? I'm having the same problem and it started about the same time. My wife and daughter are having the same issue so it's not my phone.
I've removed and readded the account but it didnt help . we're all using razr devices.
