There is really patchy service at zip 27516. Happens on several phones even after restarting, etc. It was better a year or so ago, so I was wondering if there is something wrong with the nearest tower? Thanks!

I can understand the concern with having spotty services. We always want the services to be clear and connect properly. You mentioned this trouble is in the Chapel Hill, NC 27516 area. Does this happen in a specific location? Indoors and Outdoors? Is this happening only on our VZW network or during Wifi calling?
