Action Required: Many Military Members with Poor Service

Hundreds of servicemembers have called Verizon over the course of the last week and been told the same troubleshooting steps that do not fix the problem of terribly congested service in our area. Is Verizon willing to establish an additional tower or take other actions to increase the bandwidth of service? Will Verizon live up to their mission statement of being a leader in communications and "enable people and businesses to communicate with each other."

Where are these servicemembers calling from? Do they all have the same Verizon service plans?
