For the last few months we have been experiencing fluctuating signal on all of our devices at this location, but starting 2 days ago; the signal has been very weak and today it is even worse.
2 of our phones are still picking up 4g LTE at -100 to -104 dbm and one of them is switching between 3g and 1x.
Yesterday the rude customer service rep I spoke with said that's just how it is in this area. We have had a very strong 4g LTE coverage here in the Reliant Stadium/ Medical Center area until recently. Right now LTE is unusable and 3g keeps dropping out. Is this going to be fixed this week or should we be switching to cricket who is now offering 4g smartphones for $50/month ?

ItsVance, we certainly don't want you to leave and want to make sure your 4G is working like normal. I checked for tickets in the area and showed that there was a rodeo in the area that was affecting network signal. With thousands of extra people using the network at the same time, that can cause congestion in the network and cause speeds to be slower. Have you still been experiencing issues after the rodeo has ended? If so, another trouble ticket may need to be submitted.
