There is no 4GLTE signal available in any of the residential areas near the BART station in Union City, CA. My phone shows the 3G icon. My Verizon USB Internet dongle also shows only 1 bar of 3G. As per your website coverage map, this area is supposed to have 4G LTE. Also voice call drops quite frequently due to very low signal strength. When will all this get fixed? Please help ASAP.
