4G LTE Outage in Knoxville???

Is anyone else having 4G LTE problems?  I've have my RAZR about 3 weeks and 4G service less than 1/2 of that time frame.  Is this a Knoxville problem, or a nationwide issue?  Also, a VZW rep says there is no problem with my phone, only network problems.  Help!?!?!?  I am quickly becoming dissatisfied.  I have a great history with Verizon and this is making me sad/upset.

I'm also still without 4g service in Knoxville, it's been gone for nearly a month now! And even my 3g data constantly will disconnect. Very annoying when i'm having an important IM conversation with a client and *POOF* no data connection.
