4G LOST

Since I upgrade my phone to an iPhone 6s, I've had 4G for at least four months. After four months, I no longer see 4G but 3G. I checked my settings on my phone and everything it correct as it should be. Please assist me.

Thank you for reaching out to us here, as help is our middle name! 4G service on a fabulous device is a must. Do you know of other Verizon Wireless customers in your area experiencing the downgrade to 3G? What Zip Code are you located in? Do you have he most up to date software? To check, please go to Settings, General, Software update.

I just lost 4G as well.  I'm in the 14063 area code.  This is not the first time this has happened: 4G LTE coverage failing - Fredonia, NY 14063 (area code 716)?

Please advise.
