This has happened to me three times. Among other problems that I have had with this phone I have had to deal with constant problems with Verizon customer service. My first RAZR gave me enough software problems that I had to have it replaced and Verizon sent me a replacement with a cracked screen! Within a month the replacement phone's screen was cracked. Since that one was under warranty I only had to pay half of the price of the original phone to get the screen replaced through Verizon. I've had this current RAZR for 6 months and not the screen is cracked on it too. And i have never dropped it. It was charging on the OEM charger and I unplugged it and it was cracked. Well I was due for an upgrade anyway, so I went in to upgrade and get rid of this crap, and now they tell me they extended my contract another year and didn't even tell me. I never signed anything, so I have no idea how this is legal. I am completely done with Verizon and I will be cancelling my service as soon as my contract is up, if not before.
