I'm trying to call someone but I keep getting an error. What does it mean when I get the error code 1 switch 26 dash 7?

Hi smeshigaud,
Let's get things up and running for you! Since posting, has the issue been resolved? Please power your phone off and then back on and try to call again. Let me know if you are still having trouble. We can definitely look further into this.
Thank you!

Thank you!
I should have been more clear. I'm getting that error when I call my friend, not from my phone. So instead of ringing when I call them, I get the message, "The Verizon customer you are trying to call is unavailable. Please try your call again later. ______ 1 switch 26 dash 7."
Does this mean they blocked my number? Did they not pay their bill? Etc?

Thanks for the additional information smeshigaud. Are you having difficulties calling any other numbers? What phone are you using to call? Is your friend a Verizon Wireless customer?
Sincerely,
