Randomly lost sound on Iphone 4s. What is the hardware fix as I have checked all sound settings on, bluetooth is off, mute is off and even cleaned my port?
How frustrating to lose sound on your phone risekrod. Let's get this taken care of for you. When did you lose sound? Is the sound ringtones, notifications, music, as well as when on calls? When did this start happening? What software version do you have? You can check by going to Settings> General> About> View Version. Please try restarting phone, (power off for 30 seconds and turn back on). Let's see if this helps. Please keep us posted.
