If your phone is stuck and you don't have another phone to call Verizon on either take it to your local verizon store, or since you have internet access, try contacting support via email or better yet a live chat session.

There are probably a lot more Kin owners that got the update, it's just such a pia to register and log in to leave a reply that many don't bother. Mine updated when I turned it on this morning. It went smoothly, but wiped out all information on my phone, and I had to go through the setup process again, complete with re-adding contacts. Hopefully this isn't going to be a frequent occurence.

A lot of chat but nothing is being said that addresses the actual problem! Why does verizon not post the fix to this problem. My phone started this after charging when I powered it on. Actual help would be useful, not all these snotty comments!
