I paid the $5 for live streaming, and then found out Verizon rendered the app 95% useless by not allowing it to stream when an HDMI cable is connected. Now I need to cancel the worthless subscription and, predictably, there is no in-app menu for managing the subscription.
I've browsed similar questions, and Verizon's customer support always suggests removing the app. This is ironic of course, because NFL Mobile is locked into all Verizon phones and cannot so simply be removed. My question then, is how do I cancel the subscription? Will simply removing all updates and disabling the app cancel? Or am I going to need to call Verizon and have them do it?
