Since I have received this phone, I can be in the middle of anything and the screen disappears and it resets itself without warning.
I am tired of this happing! It also won't let me get into some apps even after they have been downloaded and then deleted and downloaded again.
I have had to delete Facebook app and word with friends over 5 times since having it.
Last week my phone reset back to the factory settings without me doing it.
I am fed up with this phone and need some help!
