I need help with this, as well. I've talked to staff in the store and they've insisted I have to have the $10 data plan on my chocolate touch and my ENV3. I don't need or want either plan, but I would like to be able to send and receive pictures in texts if possible.
Well that staff is stupid. neither on requires a data plan. You can block data from this website. Log into your account and go to block services or something of that sort.
