I went through the sctivation process, but it says i need to activate my SIM card??

It should be on the back of the box, a 19 or 20 digit number

I have the SIM card # - But the phone won't activate. The message says: NO SIM card; activation not successful. I don't understand. I have the receipt, order #, SIM card #. I can't be the only one with the issue - thousands of people got new phones today! Smiley Happy Please point me in the right direction. Thanks!
