Oh yea you are about the grace period and it was sent back yesterday and arrives tomorrow. Was thrilled with the wireless service and I thought I could Finally get rid of Comcast. I wasn't mad about the quality of the service, but about the 5GB not doing what the Rep said it would and now I'm still stuck with

reps can only estimate what your usage is going to be. nobody but you knows exactly what you do and the file sizes you use on your phone, so your filing a complaint is moot because you didnt do your own homework.
no cell phone representative can give accurate indications of how much data a user WILL consume, only how much they HAVE consumed.

Doesn't mater if the reps know or not, their job is to make the most money for the company. So even if a rep KNOWS someone will go over the limit they aren't going say that and lose a sale. Not if they want to keep their job.
Anyways it never ceases to amaze me how people think they can replace cable or even DSL with mobile internet. You can't. As someone said instead of looking for the government to protect you, EDUCATE yourself as to what a GB actually is. It's YOUR money you'd think you'd put in the effort to see that it's spent wisely.
Now if one is in an area where they are stuck on satellite internet then sure something like HomeFusion would be better. Still doesn't mean you can watch Netflix all day.
