So both my sister and I upgraded to an Iphone 4S and purchased the insurance. Sadly, my sister has already replaced her phone the maximum number of times that they allow. I, however, have never used a claim once. My question is if we were to trade phones (I activate my number on her phone) would I be able to use my claim? The issue for me is that her Iphone is white whereas mine is black.

No.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

The policy is on the number not all completely the meid number. If you swap them like you want to you won't lose the insurance they re add it so it might be possible since it will be on a new number that's up to asorian to decide. If you ever need warrenty things and you have extended warrenty there is no max. I'm saying swap them and call. Ask if you have met the max on it. I have swapped phones and insurance but never used it.

Hello Linkinfarrar! Thank you to the community members for your input. If you and your sister share the same, you can swap phones and keep your coverage. If you have separate accounts, the swap will cause you to lose your insurance coverage. I hope this clear up any confusion.
