I am having the same problem as the original poster, crystallet. I have
tried everything; including speaking with Verizon customer support. I even went
to Windows 7 Compatibility Center and downloaded the Motorola Droid Razr Device
Manager on my computer and still no luck. I am using a laptop; brand new
Toshiba (just bought 3 months ago) the original charger that came with
the phone that works got damaged and will not replaceable ever again! My computer doesn’t even
recognize when I plug up my phone and when it does recognize it; it claims that
the driver did not install properly, what!!?? The 9 foot charger sent with the
phone does nothing, and they sent me 2 of them!!! I need help what should I do? :***(

Hello Naikaru,
I understand this is a great feature and I would like to help. I believe the issue here is the USB cord. Please DM me your name and mobile number, so I may further assist with an original USB cord. Thank you.
