Thanks for your response. I THOUGHT I had 30 days but then read through the paper work to see 14 days. It would have been nice to know though that the Verizon store wouldn't stand behind the product if purchased through Verizon online before I bought it online. Plus it would have been nice for the website to say that you only have 14 days to return it.
Oh, by the way, it was a verizon employee who told me that the antenna isn't on the outside anymore and that everything is internal. I will search for the FREE bumper.
