Every time i input the email and password for my me account it comes back saying the password or username is incorrect. I have checked both a hundred times and I have it correct. I know it is not a problem using the me account because it worked for my wife. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do next?
The mobile server settings are often different than what is used for the computer. Usually it is the difference of a port that is used.
Me account is from Apple correct? Try a Google search for Me mobile account settings.
My memory is also saying that the Me account might be migrating to the icloud. That's if it is an Apple thing.
I would call my Email server and ask what the POP and STMP ports are and any other information they can give in setting up this account on your cell phone. As Ann154 stated, sometimes the port numbers are different than the ports you would use on your computer. May I ask what the Me Mobile is? That is a new one on me.
