I would not buy that SD card, B33.  If you look at the specs here you cannot even find what class it is!  How can you compare it to others when they don't tell you that?

Plus, even it if is a class 10 (which I seriously doubt) it is still too high compared to other sellers - $70.  Besides the PNY I already mentioned for $38, Amazon has a Samsung 32 gb class 10 with adapter and reader for $38.50.  And 592 reviews of 4+ stars.

If you're talking chargers and cables, yes, I would go with Motorola approved accessories. But where you buy them doesn't matter as far as your warranty or any other issues. But for this kind of stuff, where there is no recommended Motorola /Verizon product, I would do just what the OP did and see what others have used and how it's worked out.

As to the OP's question about more than $1/GB being too much, you can't really say because the price is going to be dependent on other variables such as the class of the card.  Shop around, look at the reviews, and get the best deal you can.  If you buy at some place like Amazon, you can always return it if it doesn't work.  But I think with any of these major players you shouldn't have a problem.

Yes, I saw that B33.   I'm sure it's a fine card but realize it is a class 6 so be sure your read the * info by "Get more speed (up to 30 MB/sec* and enabled Class 6) "    30 MB/sec is read speed.  Class is figured on write speed which I don't see them mentioning.

Write speeds vary somewhat my manufacturer but you can find the guidelines for SD cards here in Wiki.  I'm not saying there's anything wrong with class 6, but I don't want you to think that they came up with some special class 6 that's running faster than a class 10.

If you have an interest in the topic, you might also find Flash Memory Cards: What you need to know an interesting article.  That and the SD Association site, will give you a lot of good info.  There's no wrong choice if it's the one that meets your needs.   I'm no expert on the subject.  I just went with a class 10 because I shoot HD video and didn't want a lag.  But maybe I could go with a class 6 and be fine. I have no idea.

Btw, if you want to test the read/write speeds of your card there are apps like SD Tools that you can get.

Many interesting thoughts.  I checked out the SanDisk site, andf they offer a 64-gig card.   Here're the details:

                      SanDisk Mobile Ultra 64 GB
                      microSD Extended Capacity (microSDXC)

I swung my the local Verizon store to ask if they had any phone that had this as an option.  No.  I asked if I could try it out on a phone before upgrading, to see if it worked.  No.  Has anyone heard of these? cards?  Will they work with Razzrs?  Thanks in advance.

The max size of SD card that android phones can handle is 32 GB. At least that's what I have seen.
