From Microsoft Spokeswoman Julie Morgan:

"At this time, we do not provide on-device encryption as Windows Phone supports several other technologies to help organizations protect information, but we are continuing to evolve the product and are looking at various solutions to aid different customers."

If your corporation requires on-device encryption, it seems that the current version of WP does not support it yet.

Umm relax dude.  I simply said I had given them $30,000 in business.  Business that any other cell phone company would love to have.

Perhaps.  I'm a pretty profitable customer.  I rarely use high amounts of data.  But did use a lot fo international service.

Yep - about to make the switch myself for the Lumia 900 on AT&T.  I'll gladly pay my etf fee ($250ish) and move on.  Sad to lose my unlimited data, but based on my usage 5GB will be more than enough on AT&T.  I'll leave the wife & in-laws on Verizon until the other etf is gone (she's already on the Trophy and loving it).  If they happen to see the light and get a WP8 phone then maybe that will prevent the entire clan from moving on.  Will encourage my sister & mom to consider the switch too (I'm the tech geek in the family and they generally follow my lead).

FWIW, with Good for Enterprise going live here in April I'll be able to utilize the Lumia 900 for my personal & work device - looking forward to it. Can't wait to ditch my buggy Thunderbolt.  I loved it when I first got it, but the obvious Android issues have finally worn me down.

Sayanora Big V.  I'm tired of the radio silence from Verizon and AT&T has proven they'll support WP7 (and forthcoming WP8) platform that I want to embrace.
