Jacksonville, Fl.
No 3g or 4g up until about an hour ago (230pm eastern)
Now, full 3g and everything works but NO 4g at all, not even up and down.
Cell capability never went down, just data.

This comment should be put on a poster and plastered on every Verizon building. I gotta give out an AMEN on this one.
That whole turn it off and on again bullskit is getting old. It's fine for newbies, but seriously, can't those people tier their CSR for different demographics?

4G still out in Washington, DC - extremely sporadic 3G service, hardly worth mentioning.

iPad 3g never went out, but, it did get slower than usual.
Thunderbolt went 3g only
Galaxy Nexus went totally out except for cell and is now 3g with full data.
Xoom is on WiFi only so I can't tell what it would do.
And we....the sheep....will still pay the bill.

Same here Sardonick. No 4g in the Baymeadows area. Multiple reboots and CDMA vs. LTE/CDMA switches got me 3G back on the phone. Oddly, during all the outage, my iPad got 3G service even though my TBolt could not.
One more thing, when I did the reboot and the radio switch, it made NO difference whatsoever. It's intersting that different accounts respond differently.

No 4G or 3G in Indianapolis.
At least I got a recording when I called Customer Service stating that they were aware of the problem and were actively working on it.
