This is a software problem, (I write this to help all those that have been doing factory resets). After reading some of the posts it became clear that this had to do with the native email client that comes with the droid.
- I deleted my gmail account from the email client
- Switched to the browser based gmail until I find a client that doesn't keep crashing
- Have never seen this error message since
For those of us who understand UNIX, this was probably a daemon(service) that kept crashing trying to deliver email.
If someone has another good email client they recommend I'd be grateful.
Cheers,
~BB

As I have received the same error message, however it was due to texting, I noticed when texts met the factory limit of 200 messages that error messages was persistent, after changing the limit to 1000 I no longer receive that message..

Hello:
This might help, try deleteing some of the apps that are running and see if the error "com.motorola.services stop working"
goes away?
